SecOps, in turn, must communicate incident details to Developers, allowing them to address vulnerabilities at the source. Developers then implement security improvements and share these updates with CloudSec, completing the loop and ensuring continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Encouraging collaboration across teams is essential for improving response efficiency. This can be achieved through regular cross-team meetings to discuss recent incidents and lessons learned. Shared tools and dashboards should be implemented to provide unified visibility into the security posture. Additionally, joint training exercises can be conducted to improve coordination during actual incident response scenarios.
