Candidate AgreementAs a participant in the Wiz Certified Program, you must review and accept Wiz Certified’s Program Terms and Conditions during the registration process. Failure to agree to these terms will not allow you to register for any Wiz Certified exam. To review Wiz Certified Program Terms and Conditions, click here.
Exam ResultsAt the completion of your exam, you will receive a score report that contains important information about your exam attempt.
If you achieve a pass result, your score report will indicate that you have successfully earned the applicable Wiz Certification. You will also receive an email from Wiz’s test delivery partner that contains your score. Within five business days of passing your test, you’ll obtain an email from Accredible, which will provide instructions on accepting your digital badge, receiving your certificate, and setting up your verifiable certification.
If you fail your exam, your score report will contain your score as well as topic level feedback. We recommend using this information as a guide to assist with your training prior to reattempting certification.
Scaled ScoringTo evaluate candidates fairly when taking Wiz Certified exams, Wiz uses statistical analysis to set passing scores. To ensure consistency across varying exam forms and item difficulties, Wiz uses scaled scoring models. Candidates will receive a score on a scale between 300-1000 with the passing scaled score set at 700.
Exam RetakeIf you fail your first Wiz Certified exam attempt, you may retake the exam 24 hours later. Each additional fail requires a 14-day waiting period. Each exam attempt requires full payment of the registration fee. You may attempt a certification exam a total of three times.
Candidates are only allowed one attempt at Wiz Certified beta exams.
If a candidate’s exam violates the retake policy, the test will be invalidated, and the candidate may be subjected to a suspension. Candidates are not allowed to create multiple candidate profiles to circumvent the retake policy. If a candidate is found to have multiple profiles, their exams will be invalidated, and all exam fees will be forfeited. If a candidate is found to be a repeat offender of these policies, they may be permanently prohibited from participation in Wiz Certified Program.
Beta ExamsWiz uses beta testing to evaluate an exam’s content, format, and overall effectiveness to ensure validity and reliability of our exams. Candidates who elect to participate in beta exams will not receive pass/fail decisions immediately after testing. You will receive your pass/fail result approximately 8 to 10 weeks after the beta testing window closes.
