We are proud to share that Wiz has been inducted into JPMorgan Chase's Hall of Innovation. Each year, JPMorgan Chase recognizes a select group of emerging technology companies that excel in their product quality, business value, and market innovation. Wiz received the Hall of Innovation award from JPMC’s Global Chief Information Security Officer, Pat Opet, for enabling organizations to enhance the security of their cloud environments.
The relationship between the two companies dates to when JP Morgan Chase first became a Wiz customer. Today, the firm uses Wiz to bolster its cloud security program, particularly relying on features for CSPM and compliance.
“JPMorgan was an early Wiz customer and is a celebrated technology thought leader, so it's a 'full circle' moment for us to be recognized by them and inducted into their Hall of Innovation alongside so many industry-leading companies. We're grateful, and we're endlessly impressed by the excellent work JPMC does in partnering with entrepreneurs and technology companies to foster the next generation of disruptors and trailblazers," said Assaf Rappaport, CEO and Cofounder, Wiz.
JPMorgan Chase presented the award to Assaf and Ali Ghodsi, CEO of Databricks, at the 15th annual JPMorgan Chase Technology Innovation Symposium. The packed event attracted global technology leaders from around the world to network and discuss hot topics — including cloud, cybersecurity, and AI- and data-driven financial services, among others.
"From the very first meeting, Wiz stood out for its unwavering desire to solve customer problems and solve them well, and bring efficacy to an incredibly complicated space. We’re thrilled to recognize Wiz this year,” said Pat Opet, Global Chief Information Security Officer, JPMorgan Chase.
JPMorgan Chase’s Hall of Innovation celebrates companies who have shown the highest levels of product excellence and a proven ability to innovate in the financial services sector. Wiz is on a mission to transform cloud security for customers — including 35% of the Fortune 100 — by empowering them to embrace a new cloud operating model. Its Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) delivers full-stack visibility, accurate risk prioritization, and enhanced business agility. The result? More context with less noise, so that security teams can focus their time on what matters most.
