SUMMARY
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun, supportive and high-functioning legal team near the start of our growth curve as we expand our legal team in the U.S. We are seeking a Legal Operations Associate for our growing legal team. You will work closely with our Head of Legal Operations and will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day administrative services and assisting with automating processes. This role has a heavy emphasis on signature coordination and validating high-level agreements, with additional opportunities to support projects across the Wiz Legal team. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace while still being able to maintain a high standard of work.

We are focused on candidates who are fully remote within the US.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide daily support to the legal team function, with a significant focus on procurement and commercial signature coordination
- Document validations as required in order to confirm precise alignment between agreements being presented for signature and terms negotiated and approved by Wiz legal
- Assist with keeping the CLM and other legal tech systems up to date and in order, consisting of clearing of old workflows, changes to workflow configurations, data entry and more
- Monitor and organize multiple shared inboxes for smooth functioning of the legal department
- Provide prompt responses to questions from GTM team in a timely and helpful manner
- Document management, including updating templates, formatting, and proofreading
- Assist with training of other business units regarding the CLM and legal processes
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 3+ years of experience in an in-house legal environment and administrative background, as well as familiarity with legal terminology and agreement structures
- Ability to effectively communicate with and engage with all levels of the sales organization, providing both back-end support to the Wiz Legal and Procurement teams as well as front-line support to the Revenue team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across departments on a variety of matters
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to finding solutions, including the ability to independently research and resolve challenges, even when faced with unfamiliar problems or situations
- Particularly high level of attention to detail and organization, the ability to manage multiple tasks at a time, as well as the ability to retain and apply knowledge
- Ability to work and learn independently on a remote basis and be a professional, contributing member of the team
- Proficient in business applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel, G-Suite, document management systems, and contract lifecycle management systems
- Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and Ironclad are a strong advantage
