SUMMARY 

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels and types. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Partner Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Marketing, and ABM, you will ensure the seamless execution of campaigns to drive business growth and achieve marketing objectives. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of strategic marketing campaigns, including email building, segmentation, list processing, landing page creation, Salesforce and Marketo campaign creation, and reporting. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and creative assets. 
  • Set up campaign workflows, schedules, and automation processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials. 
  • Manage marketing data including segmentation, list management, and database hygiene to ensure data integrity and compliance. 
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI. 
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine campaign strategies and improve conversion rates. 
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources to support onboarding and enablement of team members. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

  • You have 5+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing automation, or similar roles. 
  • You’re proficient in Marketo and Salesforce 
  • You have excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • You’re an excellent communicator and collaborator with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
