We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with experience in SaaS to join our team of talented Salesforce professionals.

This candidate will have a hand in helping scale a quickly growing business and will be a critical part of the team that will build several revenue-generating processes right away.

We take both a bird’s eye view and dive into the weeds to solve problems as a team to drive employee success and revenue.  

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator with experience in SaaS to join our team of talented Salesforce professionals. This candidate will have a hand in helping scale a quickly growing business and will be a critical part of the team that will build several revenue-generating processes right away. A focus on data hygiene, scalable solutions, and simple automations will be valued. 

This position will work closely on processes and automations to help the company achieve its revenue target while providing the best user experience possible. You will be asked to quickly learn the challenges of the business and find ways to simplify processes within our sales systems to increase productivity and efficiency. 

 What You’ll Do: 

  1. Salesforce Administration and Customization: 
  • Lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of Salesforce to meet the evolving needs of our business. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions, leveraging declarative features and customization capabilities. 
  • Design and implement custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder flows, validation rules, and other Salesforce functionalities as needed.  
  1. System Integration and Data Management: 
  • Manage integration between Salesforce and other business-critical systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. 
  • Oversee data governance, including data quality management, data migration, and data hygiene initiatives, to maintain accurate and reliable data within Salesforce. 
  • Implement data security best practices, including role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules, to safeguard sensitive information.  
  1. Automation and Workflow Optimization: 
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements within Salesforce processes and workflows. 
  • Develop and maintain automation solutions using tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance productivity. 
  • Continuously monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for optimization and refinement.  
  1. Platform Governance and Compliance: 
  • Establish and enforce Salesforce governance policies, standards, and best practices to maintain system integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements. 
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify risks, address security vulnerabilities, and ensure adherence to industry standards and internal policies. 
  • Stay abreast of Salesforce releases, updates, and emerging technologies to proactively recommend and implement enhancements that drive innovation and competitive advantage.  
  1. Lead Business Stakeholder Projects:  
  • Manage project milestones and stay in close communication with stakeholders to ensure the success of projects throughout their lifecycle.  
  • Leverage JIRA to document solutions and ensure a tight release schedule.  
  1. Be a part of a highly collaborative team:  
  • As a Senior Salesforce Admin, you will be responsible for contributing to our standups and internal calls by providing expertise in areas where your teammates might need help. 
  • Work closely on complex projects with Analysts, other Senior Admins, and Junior admins. 
  • Help foster talent with our Junior Admins so that we all succeed  

 What You’ll Bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder preferred. 
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, with a strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative development tools. 
  • Experience with system integration, data management, and automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Connect, Data Loader, Workbench, Process Builder, Flow, Apex). 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Experience working with stakeholders across many lines of business.
  • Experience with JIRA and Workato is a plus.
