SUMMARY
We are looking to hire a talented Accounting Manager to join our Finance team.
We are focused on candidates in New York City.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Take part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting (including review of accruals, analytic reports etc)
- Provide periodical management reporting packages and reporting and analysis as needed internally and externally to our investors, auditors, etc.
- Develop and implement efficient financial processes to optimize the team's activities and provide quality services to our stakeholders.
- Prepare tax reports for the US and Canada entities, including tax filings and other necessary regulatory reporting
- Work with the company's external auditors and other consultants during interim and annual audits and ongoing issues as needed.
- Support accounting and finance-related projects as needed.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- CPA background
- 7+ years of relevant work experience, our of which at least 2 years as a Accounting Manager in a global high-tech organization in growth stage.
- Ability to work independently, proactive, fast learner, and self-motivated.
- Excellent Excel and Office skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced global company, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision, highly organized and detail-oriented.
For candidates who receive an offer, the estimated pay range for this role is listed below and represents annual base salary range for non-commissionable roles or annual base salary + on-target earnings ("OTE") for commissionable roles. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units. Final compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience and skills. Pay Range: USD $135,000 - $185,500
