SUMMARY

As we continue to grow at an incredible pace, our tools and processes play a pivotal role in our success. Our Go-To-Market (GTM) Systems and Tools team is responsible for the continued optimization of the tools and processes our teams interact with to continue to push the boundaries on productivity. 

Reporting into our Director, GTM Analytics & Tools, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Manager, GTM Systems and Tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of our sales systems and tools. This role requires someone who has both a strong understanding of the business, as well as the technical details of our tools, to be a strategic thinker and voice in the organization. 

We are focused on candidates located on the US East Coast. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

  • Develop and own the strategic direction of all GTM-owned tools (existing and future requirements), aligned to the organization’s overall objectives and priorities.
  • Be responsible for with supporting the selection, implementation, and integration of GTM Systems and Tools, including CRM, sales automation, and analytics platforms. 
  • Be the centralized GTM voice and point of contact for wider Wiz System and Tooling initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices guides to minimize institutional knowledge and maximize consistency.
  • Provide support and guidance to a team of analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 
  • Be the subject matter expert on industry trends with technology, best practices, and emerging technologies related to sales systems and tools, and make continual recommendations for innovation and optimization.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 
  • At least 7 years’ experience of success in Program Management or a related role, owning complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from initiation through to successful implementation.  
  • A strong personal passion for technology and leveraging it to maximize productivity in a business setting. 
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales automation tools, and analytics platforms. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create polished, simplified summaries where appropriate for senior stakeholders. 
  • Proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
