SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our CTO Office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and data analysis, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology projects and the effective use of data to drive decision-making.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and manage technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring their timely delivery, as well as develop the plans, schedule, and resource allocation for projects.
- Use deep technical understanding to identify inefficient processes, design a solution, build a POC, demonstrate its value, and run the implementation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare and present project status reports to the CTO and senior management.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis to support the CTO's strategic initiatives.
- Implement and optimize processes to improve operational efficiency within the CTO Office.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, liaising between the CTO Office and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- BSc in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. MSc is a plus.
- Ability to design an end-to-end technical solution and demonstrate a POC.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technology or an IT environment.
- Experience working in a cloud security or technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent organizing and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
NICE TO HAVE
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
- Experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics).
